A growing number of people are taking up stress/anger management lessons and obviously they might be gaining expertise. However it is strange to see people trying so hard to manage something they do not want. If you want to get rid off something, just let it go. A great amount of wisdom goes into understanding what to manage and what not to.
 Try managing your happiness instead. If you are able to manage this one aspect of life, everything else will automatically fall in place.
